Project Description
This urban sewer network suffered from high infiltration during seasonal groundwater rise, combined with salinity contamination damaging concrete structures and affecting plant efficiency.

Challenge:

Infiltration mainly through pipeline joints spread over a large residential area

Traditional open-cut repairs would require road closure permits, diversions, and cause major disruption to residents
Solution & Result:
Through targeted CCTV inspections and precise gel grouting at leaking joints, all infiltration points were sealed without surface disturbance. Post-rehabilitation monitoring confirmed complete elimination of saline water ingress, restoring network integrity and extending service life.
